Q: What if I can't find an image in the logo gallery that works for my team?
A: Our logo gallery has more than 8,000 logos, but sometimes coaches don't find exactly what they're looking for. Fantasy Sports Factory has a team of professional designers who can design a pro-style logo to your specifications. You can even view their work and pick the designer you like best. Questions about Mini Helmets
Q: What size are the mini football helmets?
A: The football helmets are approximately 5½ inches tall, 5 inches wide and 6 inches long. They're the same size as the mini helmets you often see for pro and college teams.
Q: What is the quality of your mini helmets?
A: Simply put, our helmets are the best on the market. The helmets are one piece (not pieces glued together like others) with realistic interior padding, metal chinstrap snaps and metal facemasks. You won't be disappointed.
Q: How long will it take to receive my mini helmet?
A: You can expect to receive your mini helmet in about 4-6 weeks. If you order your helmet during football season the turn-around rate might be a little faster.
Q: Will my logo be on both sides of my mini football helmet?
A: Yes. We want our mini helmets to be as realistic as possible so we always put the logo on both sides. When possible, we use a mirror image so the logo faces the front of the helmet on both sides. However, please note that this isn't possible for logos that have text. (Have you ever put words up to a mirror?)
Q: Can you make a mini helmet using a logo I already have?
At this time, Fantasy Sports Factory can't incorporate your existing logo. You might consider having one of our expert designers give your logo a makeover. Or, if you're sure your logo is the one you want, our sister site, Fantasy Sports Helmets, can make a mini helmet using your existing logo.
Q: How can I check the status of my mini helmet order?
A: Because we're customizing a mini helmet just for your team, orders typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive. We know you're excited to see your helmet, but please refrain from checking on your order unless it's been longer than six weeks. If you do need to reach us, please use our contact us form.
Questions about Custom Jerseys
Q: How long does it take to get my jersey?
A: Every jersey we make is custom and that takes some time. You should receive your jersey within 4-6 weeks of placing the order.
Q: How can I check the status of my jersey order?
A: Please note that because we're customizing a jersey just for your team it can take up to six weeks for your jersey to arrive. If you need to contact us regarding the status of your order, please use our contact us form.
Q: Will the jersey colors match my logo?
A: We'll match colors as closely as possible, but we can't guarantee perfect matching due to color contrast in fabrics. Slight variations may occur in the finished logos, lettering and coloring.
Q: What is the quality of your jerseys?
A: Our jerseys are top quality and are very similar to what the pros wear. They are well constructed and made of heavy-duty material. Here are the specifics:
- Body: 100% Tricot mesh
- Shoulders and sides: 100% satin nylon
- Neck and sleeve cuffs: V-neck collar cut with polyester dazzle yoke and sleeves
- Name and number: Tackle twill name and numbers; numbers sewn on front and back, and name sewn only on back
- Logo placed as requested
- Custom color placement
- Double-needle construction
- Sizes range from adult small to adult 4XL
Q. What size jersey should I buy?
A: In our experience, ordering a jersey in the size of your street clothes will result in it being too big. (Jerseys are made to be worn over equipment and shoulder pads.) Use this sizing chart to pick the right size for you:

Q: Can I return a custom jersey?
A: You have two days upon receiving your jersey to identify any mistakes with the order and notify us. It's your responsibility to submit correct colors, spelling and numbers to us at the time of the purchase. We can't refund or correct an order if the mistake is determined to be your own.
